The direction of the magnetic field is determined by the direction of current flow in the coil. Following the right-hand spiral rule, when the magnetic field of the coil and the magnetic field of the magnet repel each other, the magnet will be pushed away. After the magnet is pushed away, The Hall sensor will no longer detect the magnetic field, it will output a high level, Q2 will no longer conduct, and the remaining potential on L1 will dissipate through D1. From this point on, the electronic autumn stem will keep swinging.
