Product Instructions:
1, The grayscale line hunting sensor is mainly used for the line hunting trolley.
2, The product has high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, and ordinary lighting basically has no effect on it. Use 2 grayscale sensors with strong anti-interference, the light source adopts high-brightness concentrating LED, and the receiving tube compares the intensity of different reflected light, as long as the intensity of light reflection is different, the greater the difference, the better the discrimination ability, much stronger anti-interference ability than ordinary infrared sensors.
It can recognize green and white, black and white, blue and white, red and green, which are common in smart car line-finding competitions, and the effect is very good; it can also recognize other colors whose gray values differ by a certain value.
Detection distance (the distance from the bottom of the probe to the ground): 10-50mm (below 5mm is the blind area), 10-25mm is recommended.
3, With LED signal indicator light, the corresponding probe illuminates a higher gray value, the output level changes from high to low, and the corresponding LED lights up.
4, Digital signal output: 1 or 0 output, simple programming control; adjust the signal sensitivity according to the site light and other conditions.
5, Sensor adjustment method: generally place it on a lighter color, turn the potentiometer clockwise to the end, and then slowly turn it back counterclockwise until the signal light is on, then move the sensor probe horizontally to the darker color area and the corresponding signal light of the sensor is off. As long as the two colors can be recognized to output different signals.
