Description:
The BQ25570 device is specially designed to effectively extract micro watts (W) to milliwatts (mW) of power generated by various high output impedance DC power sources, such as photovoltaic power sources (solar energy) or thermal generators (TEG), without folding these power sources. The battery management function ensures that rechargeable batteries will not be overcharged due to extracted power, and the voltage will not rise or deplete due to system load, exceeding the limit. In addition to the boost charger, bq25570 also integrates a high-power load buck converter, which can provide a second power rail for systems such as wireless sensor networks (WSN) with strict power and operational requirements. All functions of bq25570 are packaged in a small footprint 20 lead 3.5mmx3.5mm QFN package (RGR)
